WKBN published a story about this Saturday’s groundbreaking of phase I East Palestine City Park renovations.

In June 2023, Norfolk Southern announced it would invest upwards of $25 million to revitalize the park. The new park will have an amphitheater, upgraded pool and pool house, an upgraded community center and enhanced playgrounds.
