Air quality testing in East Palestine, Ohio

Last Updated on February 27, 2023 at 10:05am

Since arriving on site and every day since, our teams have tested the air in East Palestine with multiple methods of real-time and analytical testing around town and near the incident site.

Toxicologists at CTEH are helping answer the questions around air quality, and report that all of their air monitoring and sampling data, collectively do not indicate any short- or long-term risks. With decades of experience CTEH often works with government services and businesses to test quality in communities.

For questions about the air, you can reach a toxicologist at (234)-542-6474; and you can also call for air monitoring at your home at (330) 849-3919.
