Family Assistance Center to Move to East Palestine Field Office

New office operations to begin April 22


The Norfolk Southern Family Assistance Center (FAC) will begin operations out of the new permanent field office beginning Monday, April 22. While exterior renovations are completed, residents will be able to meet with staff during updated operating hours, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday in the new space located at 248 North Market Street.
