- Site Activities
- Site restoration activities are complete including demobilization of equipment and temporary work trailers. Crews may be on-site infrequently to perform periodic maintenance.
- Sitewide surface water, groundwater, and drinking water monitoring continues per the schedules defined in the associated work plans.
- Sulphur and Leslie Run Activities
- The report for the final assessment, including completed mitigation activities and the results of final stream sheen assessment and sediment sampling, has been submitted to the EPA for approval. The report documents achievement of work plan goals, including that no derailment-related sheens were observed on either Sulphur or Leslie Runs during the final assessment.
