Norfolk Southern Family Assistance Center Operating Hours for November 2023

The Family Assistance Center (FAC) will be closed for a staff day on Nov. 10, and Thanksgiving week, Nov. 20 – Nov. 24. Residents are encouraged to visit the FAC for assistance prior to and following these dates to address any needs.

Residents can visit the FAQs page for any questions while the center is closed.

FAC regular hours of operation:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 12 – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday: Closed

      

FAC Closed Friday, Nov. 10.

Reopening Nov. 13

FAC Closed Monday, Nov. 20 – Friday, Nov. 24.
